You can access your member profile 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any technical problems, please call 1-800-874-0771 for assistance.

If you are a returning player that has submitted a Birth certificate in the last 4 seasons, you do not have to resubmit a Birth certificate for this season. If we have it on file you do not need to send it. Thank you for checking and have a great season!
