Team formation will start August 16th.  You can check the status of your child by logging into the Affinity system.  PENDING means that your child has not yet been placed on a team.

A D4 player is U4 to U10

A D3 player is U11 and up

You must be contacted by your coach to register as a D2 player.

Please understand that your child will NOT be assigned to a team until a valid birth certificate is received and approved by the PAYSL Registrar along with payment due. Team formation will begin at the close of registration on 8-16-09 at 5pm.  No child will be placed on a team before payment and birth certificate are received. 

There are 2 ways to submit a birth certificate that will be uploaded by the Registrar to your player registration:

1. Fax it to the following toll-free fax number: 1-866-760-8476
2. Scan the birth certificate and email it to: payslbc@yahoo.com
Please do not send anything but birth certificates to the above email address.
